DAWN & TOM | "10 OUT OF 10"

“10 out of ten, because of the personal touch from the owner and staff, large room, lovely view, location close to town, excellent breakfast. Great chef”.

ADAM | "SO AMAZING!"

“Took in all the surrounding nature. The Jetty is a must, but the bush walk was incredible. From my balcony I had the view of the lake, so good to wake up to. At night the kangaroos came to say hello in the grass area, a short distance from me. You could walk around the property for a whole day in the bush without leaving it. Most notably, everyone at Robyn’s Nest has been amazingly friendly and helpful. It just has it all. I relaxed and recharged in this tranquil environment for my 3 day stay. Thank you Jason and Erin”.

NAOMI & DAVID | "HOME AWAY FROM HOME."

“Robyn’s Nest was a beautiful place to stay. Staff were very accommodating. Cottages were absolutely stunning. They have everything you need. They give a home away from home feel. Lakeside views were amazing! We loved the mother and joey kangaroo that visited each morning. They also have a restaurant with absolutely delicious food! They even fulfilled my daughters request for an iced mocha that wasn’t currently on their menu. She thought it was very yummy! We highly recommend Robyn’s Nest for your next stay in Merimbula. 🙂 5 star rating from us!!

Colleen | "Loved the view of the lake and walk to the jetty"

“10 – again. Cabin is cosy and well appointed. Loved the view of the lake and the walk to the jetty. The fairy wrens were wonderful, and we loved the other native wildlife we saw quite close up. The staff were helpful and friendly. Though a few minutes out of town, access was easy and so was parking. We will be back.”

Glenn| "Outstanding Property"

“Outstanding property. Extremely clean, great quality linen. All other accommodation providers need to take a leaf out of Robyn’s Nest’s book. This is how quality is done.”

Andrew | "Spectacular Surrounds"

“Lovely spot, excellent apartment. There was a mix up with the booking and we were moved to a larger more suitable apartment, which was greatly appreciated.

DEAN | "IT'S AMAZING THERE"

“10! Thank you! We have stayed in many places, but Robyn’s Nest was by far the Number 1 spot for us. It’s amazing there!”

Lalita | "Great experience"

“Quaint little cottage, nestled in a quiet little spot with an amazing view.”

Anne | "Spoil yourselves in this spectacular hideaway!"

“Magnificent surroundings, beautifully manicured gardens overlooking lake with bellbirds calling in the surrounding bushland. Apartment was beautifully fitted with comfortable lounge area, bedroom & all mod cons, including washer/ dryer. Nice welcome touch of connoisseur ice creams in freezer. Lovely cooked breakfast too. Thanks Greg”

Nate | "A nice and quiet place to stay as long as you want. Perfect for family holidays."

“Robyns Nest sits in a very tranquil resort just facing Merimbula Lake. I have heard of it several years ago but never stayed there. This time I just gave it a try and WOW! Such a nice place to stay, just enjoy the birding chirping around the unit. It is so relaxing.”

Julie | "Quiet and secluded."

“Robyn’s Nest is a little way out of Merimbula ( about 3kms) but that’s perfect if you want to get away from crowds. You can fish from their jetty or wander about bird watching. Or just sit and watch the lake or work from the verandah and listen to the birds and the wind in the trees. The cottage was super clean, with very modern appliances and extremely comfy chairs and bedding. The manager was very friendly and helpful. This place is great for both adults and families.”

Robyn | "A very relaxing, comfortable stay with the best of both worlds"

“Robyn’s Nest is set in a beautiful location, just outside Merimbula but on the shores of a lake surrounded largely by trees and lovely gardens. We stayed in a one bedroom cottage which had every convenience and was very comfortable and quiet. My husband took advantage of the private jetty on the lake to do some fishing and managed to catch a few, so if he can anyone can! We also saw kangaroos in the evening hopping around the property. We didnt use the pool or tennis court or general lounge but all looked inviting and spotless. The town is just a short drive away or a 35 minute walk along the lake. We could enjoy both the lake and bush, as well as the town and beach, all within a 5-10 minute drive depending on where you want to be.”

Graham | "Delightful property in great location with wonderful views."

“Great value to include a good continental breakfast. Location beautiful overlooking a great lake. On the outskirts of town but easy drive to centre. Spacious room with large balcony. Very relaxed with friendly owners. Tennis court and pool too!”

Elizabeth | "Very pleasant and a relaxing few days"

“the surroundings and peacefulness were wonderful. Very well appointed with extra sitting places inside & out. Greg was always cheerful and very obliging in meeting any request and offering extras.”
