Ya-Yi | "Amazing Lovely Place to stay"

“Breakfast is a hamper with multiple cereals, instant porridge, fresh bread and some spreads. Plus in fridge we have butter, strawberries, yogurt, milk and juice.”

Chris | "Quiet Getaway"

Very quiet and close to nature, cottages are very clean and well appointed. Kitchen facilities, wifi and a flatscreen with Prime and Netflix allows guests to be fully isolated. The property is located just over 3 km from the town centre via the Merimbula Boardwalk which follows the lake.”

Paul | "Excellent accomodation, wonderful hosts..."

“Excellent informative host. Great breakfast, wonderful surrounds. The main guest house was very comfortable, we enjoyed a glass of red reading by the open fire during the evening.”

Darren | "Great locations for a weekend getaway"

“Loved the room. The style for some people might seem dated but I loved the room. Heaps of space and the setting was tranquil. Loved the views. Breakfast was good. Would love to stay again one day when I get the chance.”

Glenn| "Outstanding Property"

“Outstanding property. Extremely clean, great quality linen. All other accommodation providers need to take a leaf out of Robyn’s Nest’s book. This is how quality is done.”

Andrew | "Spectacular Surrounds"

“Lovely spot, excellent apartment. There was a mix up with the booking and we were moved to a larger more suitable apartment, which was greatly appreciated.

Richard | "Very good"

Apartment was beautifully fitted with comfortable lounge area, bedroom & all mod cons, including washer/ dryer. Nice welcome touch of connoisseur ice creams in freezer. Lovely cooked breakfast too. Thanks Greg”

Nate | "A nice and quiet place to stay as long as you want. Perfect for family holidays."

“Robyns Nest sits in a very tranquil resort just facing Merimbula Lake. I have heard of it several years ago but never stayed there. This time I just gave it a try and WOW! Such a nice place to stay, just enjoy the birding chirping around the unit. It is so relaxing.”

Julie | "Quiet and secluded."

“Robyn’s Nest is a little way out of Merimbula ( about 3kms) but that’s perfect if you want to get away from crowds. You can fish from their jetty or wander about bird watching. Or just sit and watch the lake or work from the verandah and listen to the birds and the wind in the trees. The cottage was super clean, with very modern appliances and extremely comfy chairs and bedding. The manager was very friendly and helpful. This place is great for both adults and families.”

Robyn | "A very relaxing, comfortable stay with the best of both worlds"

“Robyn’s Nest is set in a beautiful location, just outside Merimbula but on the shores of a lake surrounded largely by trees and lovely gardens. We stayed in a one bedroom cottage which had every convenience and was very comfortable and quiet. My husband took advantage of the private jetty on the lake to do some fishing and managed to catch a few, so if he can anyone can! We also saw kangaroos in the evening hopping around the property. We didnt use the pool or tennis court or general lounge but all looked inviting and spotless. The town is just a short drive away or a 35 minute walk along the lake. We could enjoy both the lake and bush, as well as the town and beach, all within a 5-10 minute drive depending on where you want to be.”

Graham | "Delightful property in great location with wonderful views."

“Great value to include a good continental breakfast. Location beautiful overlooking a great lake. On the outskirts of town but easy drive to centre. Spacious room with large balcony. Very relaxed with friendly owners. Tennis court and pool too!”

Elizabeth | "Very pleasant and a relaxing few days"

“the surroundings and peacefulness were wonderful. Very well appointed with extra sitting places inside & out. Greg was always cheerful and very obliging in meeting any request and offering extras.”
